Sealed airtight inflatables are balloons that do not need constant running blowers. They are not as long lasting as cold air balloons, but do not need to be plugged in once they are inflated. Airtight inflatables are much like a beachball, made out of PVC, and use any simple air pump to inflate them. They are normally less expensive balloons than cold air inflatables.
